Challenges:
 
Overseeing the comprehensive rollout of refurbishments for a significant portion, comprising 18%, of Savers and Superdrug store refits nationwide, ensuring impeccable execution and adherence to standards.
 
Solutions:
 
3-week refit taken on by our Property and FM services and Retail Division, part of a larger programme for AS Watson, 16 Savers and 1 Superdrug store completed so far with further planned refits.

Chesham Savers store involved external and internal redecoration, flooring replacement, store layout transformation including joining up existing fixtures to remove aisle breaks and new gondola, new shelving, ceiling tiles replacement and repurpose of doors to create a single entry/exit point to manage foot traffic and minimise any security challenges.

Combining Property and FM with Retail expertise creates access to a wider range of resources, like a central storage facility, highly skilled teams and a deeper well of knowledge to improve both building operations and the shopping experience.
