Working closely with clients, the team ensure the optimum recruitment process for the business and role requirements – be it traditional, retained search, bespoke headhunting or interim solutions.
The recruitment process is extremely robust and is managed using a two-tier approach – with a dedicated consultant assigned to the role, and a Manager overseeing the process to ensure excellence throughout.
