Our in-house team delivers every project, backed by The Shore Group. Our policy of never outsourcing enables us to have complete control and responsibility for every aspect of your project.
PROGRAMME AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our internal team of fully qualified program/project managers lead programmes including regional range reviews or estate wide roll outs to large capital investment on a single site. Working alongside and in conjunction with your key stakeholders our project managers support scoping and phasing, engagement, training and briefing, program and onsite management including H&S compliance.
Our centrally located main warehouse facility in Nottingham accepts consignments from large equipment through to small POS packs. Our services include bulk receipt from your manufacturers, delivery accuracy verification, quality checks, multi-unit pick and pack, delivery to regional hubs or delivery direct to store.
Our surveys and reporting provide a real-time view of existing layouts and equipment to support right first-time project delivery. Combined with our equipment management services, we provide a “fast fix” solution for call off, delivery and implementation.
