PROJECT BACKGROUND:
Construction of the first Build to Rent scheme to be delivered in Brighton to comprise 209 BTR apartments within a building ranging from 8 up to 17-storeys.
The residential development is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and will include an excellent resident amenity offering and 30,000 of sq. ft commercial office space. Additionally, the development will comprise a car park, cycle storage and private roof terrace gardens.

OUR INVOLVEMENT:
The Shore Group supplied 10 labourers for both Main Contractor and sub-contractors, 3 carpenters, 1 site manager, 1 supervisor, 1 hoist operator for the duration of the job.
