PROJECT OVERVIEW
This prestigious development consists of 32 residences between studio and 4 bedrooms, and communal amenities, These include a spa and wellness level, featuring a 65-foot swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The Shore Group undertook the fit-out, carrying on from the 1st fix that had been completed by another contractor.
The sanitary ware was fitted in sequence with the high-end residential finish required. High-end marble that was book matched meant there was no room for error as the fixings were drilled into the stone. The installation had to be millimetre perfect to ensure that the marble finishings that had been pre-cut off-site fitted exactly in place.
Scope included the installation of all services within the kitchens, utility rooms and bathrooms. Each apartment is comprised of en-suites, powder rooms and master bathroom suites, consisting of wash basins, dual vanity units, WCs, bidets, showers and free-standing baths.
