PROJECT OVERVIEW
Hendy House is located in the centre of Bournemouth in a conservation area. This purpose build student accommodation is built in 3-tiers and comprises 213 units over 7-storeys. The development is made up of studios, two, three, four and five-bed clusters, with a basement, provision for two car parking spaces, cycle storage and landscaping.
SCOPE OF WORKS
Undertake the full M&E installation to the 7‐storey student halls development which will provide 206 no. Student bedrooms, ground floor commercial space and ancillary buildings. The full scope of works includes lighting (including emergency system), small power, fire alarm and safety systems and access control. Domestic hot and cold water, space heating and cooling, ventilation, automatic controls and ground foul and rainwater drainage work.
