PROJECT OVERVIEW
Partial fit-out of a mixed-use build-to-rent 19-storey development in a prominent position on Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth. The building comprises 159 residential units, 2,864 sq ft of ground floor retail space and 34,488 sq ft of Grade A offices with car parking.

SCOPE OF WORKS 
The works were delivered over an area of (3,192sqm 33,827ft) and included mains distribution, containment systems, lighting and emergency lighting (including occupancy sensors and daylight linking), small power, fire alarm and safety systems and access control. Domestic hot and cold water, space heating and cooling via VRF units. WC ventilation, automatic controls and above-ground foul and rainwater drainage works rainwater completed the programme of works.
