The Shore Group has secured two court judgements against A.C.N.120 389 095 PTY LTD (“A.C.N”), formerly Axis Plumbing NSW Pty Ltd.
The first judgement dated 6th September 2022, was issued by the UK High Court of Justice against A.C.N (formerly Axis Plumbing NSW Pty Ltd) who it found in default in the sum of £856,611.54, plus interest and costs.
The second judgement dated 29th March 2023 was issued by the Supreme Court of Victoria against A.C.N (formerly Axis Plumbing NSW Pty Ltd) requiring them to pay the judgment sum of GBP £856,611.54 plus interest and costs to Shore Group.
Swindon Advertiser subsequently reported that Axis Plumbing NSW Pty Ltd company had appointed a liquidator on 24th May 2023.
A spokesperson for The Shore Group said “Our action will continue following these judgements. We remain determined to recover these outstanding debts, which affect British jobs and numerous hard-working tradespeople across the UK.”
