Rail recruitment is Ray’s speciality working previously in a £30 million business as a managing director, having built himself up through determination and on-the-job knowledge starting out as a resourcer, developing himself and clients alike. Qualified to degree level, Ray understands the importance of being certified and trained having taken on a variety of rail training opportunities, including a Sentinel card.

The Rail Division is fully supported by in-house compliance and CSR teams, ensuring responsibility for correct documentation, legal right to work in the UK and correct qualifications for the role. The compliance team ensures certifications including ISO, Achilles and Constructionline are being upheld with accreditation part of the company’s DNA.
The Shore Group is a registered supplier of rail employees, having passed our RISQS assessment. We cannot wait to get stuck in and involved with all major rail projects, including HS2, one of the biggest rail developments to happen in the UK.
