Over the span of four years, Integrated Services and our Recruitment team had the privilege of working alongside BECK Interiors, one of the leading market players in the interior and fit-out industry. This blog highlights the remarkable journey and achievements of this collaboration, focusing on the prestigious development at Curzon Street, Mayfair.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project, a high-profile residential fit-out, commenced in April 2022. With a total value of £250,000, the development comprises 32 residences ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, along with luxurious communal amenities. Among these amenities is a stunning spa and wellness level featuring a 65-foot swimming pool, sauna, and steam room.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The Shore Group, entrusted with the fit-out phase after the 1st fix was completed by another contractor, executed a comprehensive range of services. Our Recruitment Services and Integrated Services, with their extensive experience in Property, Fit-Out, M&E, and Installations, provided a team of skilled operatives to ensure the successful completion of the project.
OPERATIVES AND SERVICES
The dedicated workforce from Integrated Services and our Recruitment Services included CSCS labourers, carpenters/joiners, cleaners, handymen, a site manager, and experts in fixed-price 2nd fix plumbing and sanitaryware installation. The combined expertise and dedication of these operatives were instrumental in achieving outstanding results throughout the four-year collaboration.
THE ART OF PRECISION
One of the project's standout aspects was the meticulous installation of high-end sanitaryware and marble finishes. The book-matched marble required precise drilling for fixings, leaving no room for error. The installation team worked diligently to ensure millimetre-perfect accuracy, ensuring that pre-cut marble finishes fit seamlessly into their designated places. The attention to detail showcased the commitment of the operatives in delivering flawless results.
LUXURIOUS RESIDENTIAL AMENITIES
Integrated Services and our Recruitment Services operatives were responsible for the installation of all services within the kitchens, utility rooms, and bathrooms of each apartment. The residences boasted en-suites, powder rooms, and master bathroom suites, all furnished with elegant wash basins, dual vanity units, WCs, bidets, showers, and free-standing baths. The expertise of the team ensured that these amenities met the high standards expected from a development of this calibre.
