The Shore Group have secured at least 3 years work on the new development in Falmer. We will be supplying everything from traffic marshalls, engineers, formwork carpenters and machine operators.
A prestigious restaurant, we were invited to undertake the completion of this project by one of our clients. We have supplied a complete site package, including management, joiners, carpenters, decorators and labour, as well as other trades when required, all working to a very high standard, overseen by the owner of the restaurant.
We have provided finishing trades for the internal refurbishment to this historic building. Our highly skilled carpenters have completed work to an extremely high standard, including fitting antique flooring, doors and fixtures, and installation of bespoke exhibition display units.
Providing maintenance trades to work on the continuing maintenance and upkeep on one of the most prestigious buildings on South Coast.
The Shore Group are currently working on one of London’s most prestigious Riverside housing developments with the supply of senior management, specialist landscaping and civils operatives.
Fitzroy Place will provide 235 select apartments in three residential blocks, along with two new office buildings and retail units, all set around a landscaped public garden.
Located on the site of the former Middlesex Hospital in Fitzrovia, the project also includes the restoration of the original building’s Nassau Street façade. We assisted in the supply of Internal Skilled trades, including 15 specialist carpenters.
The development at 127-135 Sloane Street is a 135,000 sq ft office and retail scheme access from Sloane Street together with small retail units and a restaurant around a new public courtyard, accessed from Pavilion Road.

We initially secured the Site Manager team which led to our involvement in tendering for the labour package. Our operatives ran the traffic management programme, operated the telehandlers and had numerous gangs of labour.
The contractor was so impressed with our work force that when Buckingham returned a season later for phase 2, which involved an extra 7000 seats, offices and a player’s lounge, we were again involved early with supplying site agents, section managers and numerous trades and labour. Upon completion we were invited along with our operatives to attend a prestigious friendly with Chelsea Football Club.
The Shore Group have provided labour and highly skilled construction trades to assist in the refurbishment of this prestigious Victorian art gallery, as well as machine drivers and setting-out engineers.
We have provided both trades and labour packages to some of the finest residential developments within the Kensington and Belgravia areas. Eaton Place is a fine example of a project where our operatives have been required from start to completion and handover, with whole packages of work allocated to our carpenters, decorators, plumbers and floor-tile layers.

We provided civil operatives from just day 3 of the start date and a Shore Group operative was in fact the last man standing in this 4.5 year project. As the project progressed our involvement ramped up considerably and at peak we had 45 workers doing everything from traffic management, steel fixers, shuttering carpenters to numerous plant operators and crane teams.
Off the back of this project we subsequently were asked to provide labour on the numerous sub-stations. which will be upgraded following the completion of Peacehaven.
